‍Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail clients, nurturing robust relationships and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Contribute to crafting compelling presentations showcasing the capabilities of our SaaS platform to retail clients.
• Collaborate on developing training materials and user guides to assist retail clients in mastering our SaaS platform.
• Work alongside the team to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, boosting client value.

‍Qualifications:

• Fluent in French & English
• Display a profound interest in retail media, digital advertising, and SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess an analytical mindset, capable of extracting actionable insights from data.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with an eye for detail.
• Be a proactive team player, skilled in interpersonal interactions.
• Prior internship experience in marketing, advertising, or account management is an added advantage.
